IT'S RIGHT UNDER YOUR NOSE.

IT'S RIGHT UNDER YOUR NOSE.

When I'm looking for the words to put together for an article, a lesson or a presentation the very first thing I do is get in touch with me through prayer and meditation. I know that when I allow myself to go into the silence and listen; the right and perfect words I need to write or speak come through me and into my world. And somewhere, somewhen, someone says, "That's exactly what I needed to hear (or read)!" Maybe that someone was you?

These words which began as "idea"; held in love became "thought" and through "action" came into expression. And all of that as a part of my personal purpose in Life.

Having said that, here's the question. What is the purpose of your Life? And I suspect that you have asked yourself "Why am I here?" on more than one occasion.

Most people spent all their lives praying and waiting for "a sign" as to what their purpose might be. They spend years trying to FIND their purpose. They go to classes, attend seminars, read books by "great" thinkers and follow guru's hoping that "out there somewhere" (hummm, sounds like a song) they will find their purpose.

The original Latin meaning of the word PURPOSE is derived from the word INTENTION; meaning that your purpose is within you by your design and it is that which you intend either consciously (aware) or unconsciously (unaware) which is forming your world and most importantly it is not something or someone outside of yourself.

WAKE UP! WAKE UP! WAKE UP!
Sorry about that, however, sometimes you have to shout to get peoples attention.

Take the time to look within. If you are having a challenge with that, find a mentor or coach. There is a part of you that longs for more than just the day to day physical needs of life. We all long for more and this longing is fulfilled by your identifying and living your purpose.

Is taking the time to re-discover your purpose worth the time and effort? I believe so.

Purpose is what gives you the reasons for Being.
Purpose is what provides the direction for Doing.
Purpose therefore gives you power; and with that power you are able to tap into the unlimited resources within you.

Your purpose gives meaning to everything you do and provides you with an inexhaustible well of resources to truly achieve whatever you set out to achieve or accomplish. And the ironic thing is that when you are on purpose all the "things and stuff" are no longer of concern. For the feeding of your purpose is what you truly long for and that needs no external satisfaction other than the experience.

Great minds have a purpose and it is usually a purpose that goes beyond themselves, and you have a great mind! When you turn your attention to a cause bigger than yourself you can find a purpose that has immense power to propel you to do virtually anything; even that which most people think of as impossible.

It's right under your nose! Accomplish the impossible!
