Today I choose...
TODAY I CHOOSE to share my love of reading.
I read hundreds of pages of material every week. Some for fun, some for motivation, some for self improvment and spiritual growth and others at the request of those I serve. I love to read.
TODAY I CHOOSE to share gratitude.
I am grateful for you the reader of this article. For you inspire me to stretch and grow. Seeking new (for me) ways and words to bring you tools to use on your path to greatness.
TODAY I CHOOSE to use my intuition.
Most of us wish we could have an inner guide that would tell us the right thing to do. Here's the good news,you do have an inner guide. It's called intuition. Everyone has intuition; it's hard-wired in the human race. It's a great lifeskill for problem-solving, generating solutions, and making good decisions. The bad news for many is that intuitional messages can be fuzzy! Why Fuzzy? Because they have not yet fully developed their intuitional faculty. Is this last sentence true for you? Intuition can be developed, but you have to have a certain mindset to develop and strengthen it. Are you ready to learn and stretch you thinking?
TODAY I CHOOSE to develop and strengthen my intuition.
Here are three steps to take;
1. RECOGNITION. I sometimes have difficulty distinguishing between intuition and just a passing thought, so I check a bit deeper by reflection upon:
(a) Feeling: What’s the feeling around the thought? If it’s gentle that’s usually a sign of intuition. Something that is fear-based is not intuition:
(b) Persistence: You find that you keep having the same thought about the notion, and
(c) Messages: You find that the issue comes up again from many different directions.
2. TRUST. When you have received these messages and confirmation you actually need to do something about it. Follow promptings and see where they lead you. I have learned to trust this feeling by taking action.
3. OPENNESS: Be open to where intuition can lead you. You will regularly be surprised and delighted by where it leads you.
When I work with groups and clients the question most often asked at this point is, "what happens if the action I take is wrong?"
TODAY I CHOOSE to seek guidance for my highest and best good.
What will you choose?
