Conquer limiting beliefs and take action

You won't believe what you can accomplish when you truly believe in yourself and take inspired action. When you conquer your limiting beliefs, you can do the most amazing things.

(In a minute, I'm going to give you a technique to help you conquer limiting beliefs.)

I learned and developed a burning desire to take charge of my life. The first, and most difficult step, was learning to believe in myself and taking inspired action. Without belief in myself, I would never have taken any action at all. I've been helping people conquer limiting beliefs for a...

long time. And I need to say...you won't what believe what you're capable of until you go for it.

However, it's you I want to help today - right now – in this moment.

Let's start by asking a question...

What's stopping you from setting an intention and manifesting it in your life?

It doesn't matter what your intention is. So why not do whatever it takes to make it happen?

Do you want more to live a more prosperous life?
You can attract the money. People are doing it every day. And so can you.

Would you like to meet Mr. or Ms. Right? I regularly have the privilege of marrying couples who learned how to attract their soul-mate when they finally understood how. And so can you.

Do you want to get in better physical health? Thousands of people are getting their bodies in shape and even healing themselves. And so can you.

And this is just scratching the surface.

It all starts with conquering your limiting beliefs, so you can take inspired action.

Now...

Here's a really effective exercise I've used when I coached people one-on-one to conquer limiting beliefs.

It's called "Choose Change Your Beliefs."

This is a series of questions for you to think through and answer in complete earnest. Let's get started.

1. What are you unhappy about? (This question helps you get specific about your feeling and what it is about.)

2. Why are you unhappy about that? (Our reasons for feeling bad are different from what we feel bad about. Our reasons are beliefs.)

3. What are you concerned would happen if you were not unhappy about that? (This odd-sounding question helps you find any fear or concern you have about having the feeling go away. We are often reluctant to part with a feeling, even if it is painful.)

4. Do you believe that? (Really?)

5. Why do you believe that? (What's your evidence for your belief?)

6. What would happen if you did not believe that? (Sometimes we hold on to a long-held belief even if it proves limiting or causes unhappiness. What are your concerns? Do they still seem real to you?)

Every time a limiting belief rears it head, answer that series of questions. Keep in mind that this takes practice and patience. When you take inspired action and persist, this exercise will work like a charm. In fact, once you learn this process - it keeps right on working for you.
